Delivery & Returns

Once you have ordered your bike, you will receive an e-mail from Bizbike Ireland Ltd. with an estimated date your new Veloci e-bike will be delivered to you. Your Veloci electric bike will be delivered to your chosen location free of charge. 
 
Once the Bizbike Ireland team has processed your order and has sent all information to the courier, PrimelineVNE, you will receive another automated email informing you, that the courier will schedule the delivery of your bike.

Once the courier, PrimlineVNE, has arranged for their routes, they will be contacting you directly 24 hours prior to delivery to confirm the delivery date. 

The delivery of your Veloci e-bike will be to your doorstep within 28 days of ordering.

  • The bike needs to be unboxed
  • The pedals and handlebars require installation

If you would like to return your bike or would like an  exchange for a different size or model, you can contact us directly within 14 days of receiving your new Veloci electric bike and we will arrange to have the original bike collected from your home. You can contact us directly via customerservice@bizbike.ie.
