When will my bike be delivered?
You have placed your order online: after receiving your payment you can set a delivery date online yourself. You will receive an email for this.
Did you pay for your bike in a Veloci bike shop and not take your bike with you? Then you will receive an email the next business day to make your appointment for delivery.
How do I return my bike?
If you are not satisfied with your bike, you must notify Bizbike within 14 days after delivery on the number 056/900 655 or via the support function on My Bizbike. Bizbike will collect your bike from your home free of charge. After collection, your money will be refunded.
Where should I go for maintenance or repairs?
Bizbike has an excellent home maintenance service. Mobile bike technicians come to your home by appointment to fix any problem.
Where can I test the bike?
You can test the electric bicycles from Veloci in one of our Veloci bicycle shops near you. Would you rather test the bicycle at home? Then you can try out the electric bicycle at home for 14 days without any worries. Do you notice that the bicycle does not meet your expectations? Then Bizbike will pick it up for free and you will get your money back.
Bicycle
Do I need to take out additional insurance or register this bicycle?
Electric bicycles are divided into different categories. These are determined by the possible speed and power. Different rules and obligations apply in each category. The electric bicycle from Veloci falls under the category 'bicycle with electric auxiliary motor'. This means that the bicycle with only pedal assistance is limited to a speed of 25 km/h and has a power of up to 250 W. For electric bicycles in this category you do not need a driver's license and you must follow the traffic rules for cyclists. This means that wearing a bicycle helmet and taking out insurance is not mandatory. You can of course always choose to insure yourself against theft or damage.

Can bicycle bags be attached to the electric city bike?
All types of bicycle bags can be attached to the electric city bike. There is an opening above the battery on the Veloci bikes with the battery in the luggage carrier and extra brackets on the left and right of the luggage carrier. You can also opt for the matching Veloci bicycle bags. More information can be found here .
Is electric cycling dangerous?
The electric bicycles are equipped with pedal assistance and give you (up to a speed of 25 km per hour) additional power while pedaling. The engine starts as soon as you step on the pedals. As soon as you stop pedaling, the assistance also stops. The engine automatically switches off at 25 km per hour, so you never go too fast. You decide how much pedal assistance you want. This bicycle is designed to give you a stable and safe cycling experience.
Where is the motor located on an electric bicycle?
The Veloci bicycles have a mid-motor located at the bottom bracket.
What type of battery is in the Veloci bicycles?
The Veloci bikes have a standard battery with a different range at minimum load depending on the model. With some models you have the option to choose a battery with a longer range for €200 extra. Please note, there is a limited stock and gone=gone.

Can I choose the frame size?
When ordering your Veloci electric bike, you have the option to choose your frame size. In between 2 sizes? Then choose the smaller size for a sporty seat and the larger size for a more upright position. Not sure about your size yet? Then come by. Not sure which frame size to choose? Come by one of the Veloci bike shops and try out the different sizes.

How can I order this bike?

How can I order this bike in a Veloci bike shop?
You come to one of our Veloci bike shops. Afterwards you can order and pay for your bike on the spot. That way you can take it home with you right away.
How can I order an additional bicycle?
If you want to order an extra bike later, place a new order online or call 056/900 655.
How can I pay online?
We work with Mollie for all payments. You always pay safely, quickly and simply in your trusted internet payment environment and without extra payment costs. For each of the payment methods below you need a card reader/digipas.
Bancontact:
Payment is immediate. Payment can be made with any bank card with the Bancontact logo.
Credit cards Visa, Mastercard and Maestro
Your credit card details are sent securely via an SSL-secured server. Once we have checked your credit card details, your order is in order. Your credit card company will ask you to enter the 3D-Secure verification code. This is an additional security for online payments with credit cards.
PayPal
You pay safely and quickly via PayPal. In the receipt you receive from PayPal you will see that the webshop is 'Mediahuis NV'. This is the parent organization.
Belfius, KBC
We also offer Home Banking to KBC and Belfius customers. You then pay on your bank's trusted website.
Transfer
If you choose bank transfer, you will receive your payment details by email. You have 30 days to make your payment. After that, your order will be cancelled.
How can I pay with ecocheques?
You can pay for your bike with digital ecocheques from Pluxee, Monizze and Edenred. Please note that your card must be digitally activated.
How do I activate my Plushee card online?
Start by activating the online payment service on your card from your profile page on Pluxee. After filling in your details, follow the activation procedure by entering your mobile number and confirming it with the code you receive by SMS. It only takes 2 minutes.
How do I activate my Monizze card online?
Your Monizze card is automatically activated. You can therefore use your card immediately to pay online with ecocheques.
How can I pay online with ecocheques?
When checking out, select 'pay with digital eco-cheques'.
After completing the steps, you can then pay the remaining amount using a payment method of your choice.
It is not possible to pay online with ecocheques and then choose financing with Beobank.

When will my bike be delivered?

Did you pay for your bike in a Veloci bike shop? Then you will receive an email the next business day to make your appointment for delivery, if you have not yet taken your bike with you.
Who will deliver my bicycle?
Your bike will be delivered to your home in the box. For just €49 you can choose to have the bike delivered fully assembled. This way you can jump on your bike immediately and easily without having to make your bike ready to ride yourself.
How can I make my delivery appointment?
Go to my profile in the webshop and follow your order. You click on 'make your appointment now' and are redirected to My Bizbike.
Or you go directly to My Bizbike and log in with your personal customer number and password. Go to 'my products'. You will now see an overview of your ordered bicycles. Click on 'Schedule delivery'. You will now be redirected to 'My appointments'. Did you order multiple bicycles? Then you need to make a separate appointment for each bicycle.
Request your delivery now. Choose your bike (your ordered bike is filled in automatically). Choose 'delivery' for appointment type. Choose your delivery address. Choose the date when your bike will be delivered using the calendar. Click on 'Send'. You will receive a confirmation email with your chosen delivery date within 1 working day.

Can I change my delivery date?

Warranty
How much warranty do I have on this bike?
You get a lifetime warranty on the aluminum frame and 2 years on all parts with the exception of wear parts (brake pads, inner tubes, outer tires, chain or belt and cassette). During this period Bizbike will come to your home to solve all warranty problems free of charge.
What is the warranty certificate for my bicycle?
Your warranty certificate is kept digitally by Bizbike and is valid from the date of delivery.
The delivery date is stated on the order form that you receive upon delivery under the delivery date section.

Where should I go for maintenance or repairs?
Bizbike has an excellent repair and maintenance service at home. Mobile bike technicians come to your home by appointment to fix any problem.
How do I request maintenance and how much does it cost?
You can request your maintenance via My Bizbike or +32 56 900 655.
Standard maintenance costs €65, which includes travel and physical labor, but excludes spare parts. Simply make an appointment via My Bizbike.
What if there is a problem with the bike?
In case of a problem you can contact Bizbike. They will come to your home, by appointment, to repair the bike.

What if I am not satisfied with my order?
